    January 26th-28th 2012: Zinfandel Advocates and Producers annual Zinfandel Festival! If you attended last year's ZAP Festival then you know what a treat this event is! If you are new to zinfandel and want to experience a truly one of a kind zinfandel tasting then purchase tickets for this event at: Zinfandel.org or call 530-274-4900 Each day offers something different in San Francisco, food and zinfandel pairing, flights, winemaker's dinner and the grand tasting! Three will be there pouring our signature zinfandels, so be sure to stop by our table if you come, and meet winemaker and owners!

    Susan Korec, A.K.A The Pasta Queen. The Pasta Queen is a new business in Sacramento that offers fresh, locally made pasta, ravioli and sauces for you to take home and enjoy. With such combinations as: Basil Tagliatini, Porcini Mushroom in Thyme pasta, and Feta and Roasted Pepper in Black Pepper Pasta to name a few! Susan started her business in March 2011 because she said, “Sacramento had very little, if any, in the way of freshly made pasta that did not involve preservatives (store brands, not fresh) or ordering from a restaurant (expensive) that we could enjoy at home. We are teaming up with Susan The Pasta Queen, and Morgan from Sugar Lillie Bakery, to offer everyone that comes in on the 12th an opportunity to have delicious food, wine and dessert!
